- Charter Guidelines and Safety

During the charter fishing trip, You agree to comply with the guidelines, instructions, and safety measures provided by Salty Tails Charters and the assigned crew. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Failure to comply with the guidelines and instructions may result in the termination of the trip without any refund.

- Limitation of Liability

While Salty Tails Charters takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, fishing trips involve inherent risks. By participating in our charter fishing service, You acknowledge and accept these risks. Salty Tails Charters and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from Your participation in the service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Salty Tails Charters and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country where Salty Tails Charters is registered and other applicable countries.
